This Terms and Conditions agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the happypeptides.com website and its associated services (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Happy Peptides LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS OF USE (“Terms” or “Agreement”) CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THIS SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, ACCEPT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND AND ABIDE BY THESE TERMS. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Site, including all related services, features, content, and offers provided on the Site. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Buyer Representations & Mandatory Warranties

By placing an order on this Site, you, the buyer, represent and warrant that:

  • You are a qualified and trained professional associated with a laboratory, institution, university, or other research-based facility.
  • You have personally reviewed and studied the products and are fully aware of all health and safety hazards associated with their handling, use, storage, and disposal.
  • You will handle all products in strict compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • You will not use the products for any purpose other than their intended in vitro research use. Any communication suggesting a different use will result in a refusal to sell and the addition of your information to our internal “disqualified” database.

Happy Peptides LLC reserves the right to conduct due diligence and require additional verification of your affiliation before fulfilling any order. IN CONSIDERATION OF THE PURCHASE OF RESEARCH COMPOUNDS FROM HAPPY PEPTIDES LLC AND HAPPYPEPTIDES.COM, I, THE UNDERSIGNED CUSTOMER, AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS HAPPY PEPTIDES LLC AND HAPPYPEPTIDES.COM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “MERCHANT”) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PURCHASE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF THE RESEARCH COMPOUNDS.

I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE RESEARCH COMPOUNDS SOLD BY MERCHANT ARE INTENDED SOLELY FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES AND ARE NOT APPROVED BY THE U.S. FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA) FOR HUMAN USE. I AGREE TO USE THE COMPOUNDS ACCORDING TO ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR PURCHASE, POSSESSION, AND USE.

I RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND WAIVE ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, SUITS, JUDGMENTS, AND LIABILITIES OF ANY KIND THAT MAY ARISE FROM OR BE CONNECTED TO THE PURCHASE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF THE RESEARCH COMPOUNDS.

I FURTHER AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS MERCHANT AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, EXPENSES, AND LOSSES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER HARM, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE, RESULTING FROM OR CONNECTED TO THE PURCHASE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF THE RESEARCH COMPOUNDS.

THIS INDEMNITY WAIVER APPLIES TO ME, MY HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS. BY PURCHASING RESEARCH COMPOUNDS FROM MERCHANT, I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS INDEMNITY WAIVER. I VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Changes to Terms, License to Use Site & Intellectual Property

Changes to the Terms: The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, or update these Terms, our policies, and our Site at any time. We recommend that you periodically review these Terms for any updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes shall be deemed your acceptance of those modifications.
